We are two entrepreneurs who

  • Co-founded a computer and network integration business which we successfully ran for 15 years
  • Achieved INC 500 status, two years in a row
  • Created a leading computer-based training business
  • Started and ran multiple businesses in our careers, each of us involved separately in start-ups and mature businesses in diverse industries including solar, LED, technology, software development, web sales
  • Went our separate ways for 10 years and still best friends
  • AND, are now BACK together offering our assistance to the NY Metro area small business community on how to grow a successful company.

We are passionate about sharing our success – and mistakes – to help business owners make the tough decisions to get to where they want to be.

We listen carefully. We identify gaps in our clients businesses and by using our experience, knowledge, and contacts, we help our clients capitalize on market and growth opportunities. We often say that business owners learn more from their mistakes than from their successes. We know that mistakes cost money. We’ve made those mistakes before, which enables us to anticipate them for our clients before they happen. We attempt to turn would-be costly mistakes into revenue producing successes.

We act as trusted advisors to our clients working alongside them on an as needed basis.

Co-Founders Michael Gansl and Matt Plociak, partners for 24 years, have a combined 60 years of business experience in all areas of problem-solving including marketing, sales, operations, and cash flow management.
